Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Pepper (Retired)
1 cup cream
½ cup white wine
1 tsp. Oh! So Garlic
½ cup grated white cheddar cheese
1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. Mango Chili Lime Seasoning
1 box (454 g) penne pasta, cooked
Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet and add chicken, season with Sunset Seasoned Salt and Sunset Seasoned Pepper (Retired), cook for 7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Place chicken in an oven-proof casserole dish. In the same pan stir together cream, wine, Oh! So Garlic, cheeses and Mango Chili Lime Seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes, pour sauce over chicken, bake in a preheated 325°F oven for 25 minutes. While chicken is baking cook penne. Serve sauced chicken over cooked penne.
